IWULA is delayed 9mths...

TFR is now developing Waterberg railway upgrade...
TFR's investment: The Coal Line will be increased 60mt(2012) to 81mt in 2014.
TFR's long term plan: 80mt(2014) to 135mt

TFR contract shouldn't be far away as well....
1.Transnet have detailed plans for Waterberg feeder rail development.
2.Feasibility Study for Waterberg Coal line on the way(upgrade 6mtpa to 24mtpa).
3.Concept Study had been completed on constructing a new haul line from Lephalale to Ermelo.
Once secure IWULA and TFR contract,
MC will be +$200m...IMO
