Material and orderly market means even updating the market when there is a delay to the current estimated milestones, sitting in silence with no update is not a sign of competent management. The market doesn't like unknowns or uncertainty, if there is a delay then just say there is a delay.
If you don't like updating shareholders then don't list on the market, if you want $30m to fund yourself then update your shareholders.
