Ha I purchased on market during the March drop and averaged up in the CR based on the facts presented in the presentation. We wouldn't know if anything has changed because there's been no update..
Have a look at the close just then you can see there is more stock to come out as the number of orders still remains 1 but the amount of shares on the offer keeps fluctuating so it's clearly being worked.
You can't say investors should be happy with the market on a 7 week back to back rally and this has continually been sold down.
