I dont think there is much bias there if you take the 30,000ft view - if any management team on the ASX has their extended family (other than partner, as that is common for tax reasons) such as daughters/sons/brothers/sisters on the registry, that is a bullish indication.
Many ASX managers dont have significant ownership in the companys they hold. Some have minor holdings.
With IXC, he has a major holding AND has extended family onboard AND to the point they are in the T20.
Clearly some confidence internally.
