I just find it bemusing trying to predict the bottom of this and when this "seller" is going to stop selling.
There are thousands of people out there with IXC shares, you simply can not predict when one is going to sell and how much they are going to sell.
This is a complete waste of time and posting space - give yourself a break man and forget about trying to predict what is completely un-predictable.
