I would say its safe to assume that this bodes very well for the current Phase III trial, really promising to hear a patients account of their experience with the drug and how well it worked for her, while sobering at the same time the reality for many of these patients daily symptoms.

Importantly, the MOA here shows a clear reduction in headache days that the patient recognised (Aka, the ICP didn't just go down without a reduction in a clinically meaningful endpoint of Headaches, but instead ICP went down AND headaches recognisably went down, which bodes very well for our secondary endpoints and conversations with the FDA)

Furthermore, her vision degradation halted, a further important secondary indication with the FDA, while the average for the P2 trial was an entire line of vision improvement.
