Parity is in no way incompatible with ANY of the other approaches you listed. I have been VERY explicit that the US market might take time to warm to, and understand a new Australian stock they have never heard of before.
Regardless of which market drives the other one, and regardless of which market appreciates the stock more at a given time, parity was always going to be the first step. The two markets start by converging in one way or another.
