I personally think we won't see any IXHL trading until OSA comes around or as Mickey suggested until IHL complete a strategic capital raise ..

This explanation by Mickey makes sense to me

"There won’t be any transactions in the US until stock has been transferred out of our market. The company alluded to this in their most recent announcement.Eventually this will occur, particularly if we have groups out of the States buying stock in Australia and delivering it to the US. Additionally the company may complete a strategic capital raise in the US in the future when conditions make sense and that will create liquidity on the NASDAQ."
