    Business journo's read HC for shareholders views on company decision making...there have been a number of cases in the last few years where HC has been cited. Given MB's profile and the nature and somewhat reality TV transition from old to new board the journo's will be all over it...whether they comment on it is another thing, biting the hand that feeds sometimes makes journo's less than investigative
