This happens all the time with this stock when good news is released, it's become boring. I could be wrong but from .052 down to .048 (ATM) while some other REE's are soaring.
Unless your trading IXR is a long slow boring cycle of ...... to watch.
It will take a huge turnaround today at least for this to hit .055c.
