Haven't done a heap of reading on ARR but at roughly 300-400ppm for la paz which is hard rock deposit is terrible.
I can't see the deposit being favourable economically to the current hard rock options. Most hard rocks are 10-20 times higher grade, which assist in generating a higher concentrate with less processing required.

Whilst 300+ppm is totally economic for ionic clays, grade is pretty key in hard rock.
IMO there will be money to be made in ARR in the sense that many will flock to it as US based and low MC, but in my view completely uneconomical. But as said, haven't looked specifically into the geology to understand "easy extraction process". It meantions "uncompilcated minerology" haven't seen too many complicated rare earth mineralogy.

They talk about low grade being offset by sheer volume. In most cases grade is more important than over resource tonnage. Higher grades typically mean better economics whilst size general means longer mine life so high NPV.

I'll do more research into ARR to confirm my assumptions but in all honestly, a complete dead rubber IMO.

Above table is a good reference. The producing rare earths deposits are ionic clays and high grade hard rock. IMV in not already in production or funded, highly improbable to get something like ARR off the ground when 6-12 other far superiror and advanced projects at only 4-5 times the MC.

I personally would invest in PEK, PM8, NTU if i was interested in hard rock. Not to be taken as advice, just fits my RvR and research. If you want a trade i think ARR is fine, but fundamentally no good.
