    I saw this post on PLS this afternoon and thought that this is a good example of why there is so much potential upside in the demand for the heavy rare earths that the world will be consuming in ever increasing volumes in the next few years. And when the reality of that hits and supply cannot keep up with the growth in demand, the selling prices of rare earths will rise and rise.

    In my opinion it is just a matter of time. My best guess will be increases in pricing next year through all of calendar H1 for heavy rare earths with pricing getting higher in the H2 of the calendar year. The following year anything could happen - gradual increases or a significant change not unlike what has happened in 2022 with lithium pricing. Might take a bit longer but it really is just a matter of time IMHO.
