movement picked up at 10.43am. Many stocks were just not moving with very light volumes to none. PDI had only 12,000 traded from market open, CLQ another. Like you say investors just sitting back waiting, watching.
The Trump/Biden dispute cooling everyone off.
Let's hope this picks up soon!
