Interesting that The Minister for energy and mineral development Ruth Nankabirwa, states (@ approx. 0:32 - 0:34sec of the clip) that the company (Rwenzori & Ionic) is 'going' to mine the resource! Sounds as if the MLA is a given based on that statement, even with some opposition towards the project.
IXR really needs to see some further increases in Rare Earth Oxide Pricing out of China/SMM asap to create some greater confidence in Ionic Rare Earths SP and the project in general.
