The Chinese is selling their RE currently at break even prices because of oversupply which has just run out or very low, it was always unsustainable, thats from the Chinese Market setters own mouths do some research, Arafura is going ahead even at the current prices, I'm big into Lithium aswell and the prices has just started turning after bottoming, RE prices is just about reached the bottom and is going to bounce big in this year, even the low prices currently wont stop Makuutu now to much demand for ex Chine RE
