Yes, unfortunately, AVZ is a shit show. DRC doesn't give a F truth be told, and why should they as it's play by their rules as in little to no rules, Management was IMO always on a hiding to nothing. Hoots called it often, but most over there were and still are in cuckoo land.
Luckily, so far, IVN, which i own is in the DRC, is riding high with no issues, different kind of management is Robert Friedland, very "in with the Chinese." I'm very pleased that IXR has got Brett on board as needed some heavy weight to put all the pieces together for the next level up. Tim was getting over stretched load wise. Can state this from my own experience in running various businesses, although not in the mining sectors.
