If the commercial site is indeed to be locked in, does this mean they secured funding?
I am not trying to put the horse before the cart, but it seems logical to me.
Nice to see some progress, and hopefully this new combination of chairman and CEO fighting the same battle alongside each other, is one that will speed things up and bear fruit for IXR.
