I highly recommend people to watch and listen to these video links provided here on HC.
I don't know of any other company (particularly small junior type companies) which have provided this level of info in this manner.
It's a good idea imho. It's like a virtual tour of their operations, but sitting in my chair in a warm location.
So much potential for our company.
