I'm pretty positive now with the situation, the Northern Ireland Government wants that first commercial plant setup in Belfast in Titanic Quarter the new hub for Green Technology and the Windsor Framework, IP from QUB, research going since 2014, ten years and far Advance from any other Separation and Refining Technology of Rare Earths using MREC, Spent Permanent Magnets and any other materials that uses Rare Earths, land now available for the first commercial plant and now pretty confident with funding, The Irish want that plant up and running to show off there home grown technology that will produce jobs and create and bring more talent into the technology
