Long term SP is only about the flow report.
If Flow report hold up -> Who owns what or how did one get a job is separate issue that can be dealt with in civil or criminal court, but no long term impact to SP
If Flow report is a work of fiction or done honestly but flawed-> Even if GeoT and Geo-Co relation is 100% legal - SP will tank
