This is the paper that discusses the Landau flow rate.
It is where I pulled the graph stating up to 200L/min flows with hydraulic stimulation.
It was presented to the world gepthermal congress in 2010.
The testing of Landau in the paper was in 2006.

, Terry Gandy
Terry is an ambitious Drilling Manager and Supervisor with over 30 years of experience in both oil & gas as well as geothermal drilling. After drilling hundreds of wells for the oil & gas industry in the US, he specialized in drilling crystalline rock as drilling supervisor on the Vattenfall Deep Gas Project in Sweden by drilling two 23.000 ft wells completely in granite.

Diploma thesis, Department of Geology, Mineralogy and Geophysics at the Ruhr University Bochum, Germany (1996): "The long term deformation behavior of the host rock of the Wellenberg in Switzerland" Areas of research: hydraulic fracturing, hydraulic well testing, reservoir engineering & rock mechanics
Etc...ETC...
Point being, these guys are experts in their fields and know a hell of a lot more than any of us
Research, research, research guys......
Just because the natural flow rate is 70L/sec, does not mean that is the final figure. It can be stimulated to much higher flows, which has been ommitted by the Jcap report.
Although a different industry/sitaution, it has been used successfully in the oil industry for decades.
Good luck everyone
