Everything hinges on flow rate, and how did GEOT and Geo-Co come up with 120l when all the other bore holes only achive 70L at best.
As long as Flow rate stacks up, who cares if GEOT and GEO-Co is owned by Vulcan managment or Vulcan bought them for expertise ie many companies work together and get bought. as for the COO best place to head hunt is your suppliers.
