J Capital FFX report - is AVZ relatively overvalued?

Now they claim that FFX is significantly undervalued while AVZ is slightly overvalued. What advantages does AVZ have over FFX or other miners around?

Obviously we've got a much larger resource and better lithium grade, but also higher market cap, political risk and worse infrastructure. Anything else that (potential) holders should be aware of?
