One of the distortions in the Bonitas 'report' was the bank guarantee.
J&F have a $250m loan from the bank (shown in Bonitas 'report'), only $75m of the loan was guaranteed by RFF.
The $30m was paid from the remaining $175m not the $75m guaranteed.The guarantee was used for working capital & as such no 'please explain' is required.
It 's like having a company earn $200m in the same year it borrows $20m & then claim $10m of dividends are paid out of borrowings.
The bank wouldn't allow the funds guaranteed to be used for anything else than stated in the guarantee.
To state that the $75m had been transferred from RFF to RFM was another outright lie.'
