The only thing that will get this stock moving permanently upwards is a discovery of recoverable hydrocarbons.
Cars don't run on potential oil or undiscovered oil initially in place.
They can build as many LNG plants, CSG plants or any other plant or pipeline to wherever in NT, but it doesn't mean anything until CTP actually drills and discovers a recoverable resource.
