Suppose the options are :-
1) authors speculating
2) SHC has fed him a tip ie. as suspected J&J is the mega device company that purchased shares in the latest capital raising.
3) J&J have fed him a tip, (, must have had contact with them on some level to write article?)

Interesting J&J could pay the 10 billion for SHC and or buy any other mega device comp,any that might bid for SHC, out of loose change.
