J&J will not contest the follow up class action on behalf of 1200 women. As published in lawyerly.com.
Not sure what this means except that we can monetise the remaining fees owing and get a claim handling fee for the claimants. I guess there may be some argument about t h e actual sum awarded but no argument that compensation is due.
