I am afraid JNJ could buy OCC for less than the numbers you describe. If you delve through DePuy's products, I don't think you need worry about CelGro being shelved. At the very least CelGro Tendon would be an excellent complement to the ATI in a suite of products that the company could provide on orthopedics. The Nerve application is a massive potential and easy standalone earner that they would not forego.
