I disagree. J&J were getting the results the same time as us. If they do not get a beneficial early look and the right to secure a partnership or orther before others get a look at the results, then they'd have been very strict about being left off any association at release.

If I am J&J I am insisting on it. The moment J&J's name gets attached to it with any suspicion of partnership or takeover, the share price goes up. You are well versed in big pharam Stockrock. Any partnership is likely to invovle an initial equity placement with J&J. They'd want that at a low price before their name was attached, as the moment a J&J partnership announces the market finally wakes up on this stock.

I've seen some partnerships where the gain in the initial capital investment by the big Pharma (on announcement of the partnership) has nearly paid for the cost of the partnership! The markets are that silly on this stuff....
