    let me rephrase that... the absence of any mention of discussions on potential partnerships (without any names) is baffling.

    It's not uncommon for CEOs to say that they are in advanced discussions with one or more big pharma .. without mentioning names.

    But I agree it's always hush hush leading up to a corporate transaction, but I would have hoped for a bit of a hint at least that the intention was there to partner up.. but you may well be right.. and we'll be none the wiser until the transaction is complete.
