    PRR has gone up 9 fold -- 2c to 18c in two days -- I can vaguely recall a post some many months back here re BLT -- that gave an example of a particular USA bio stock that went into a trading halt at approx $18 and opened some days later at $475 - or 26 times the share price ... lets dream .. oh and lets not forget the happy "sick people" us bennies will indirectly help to help.
