Sorry but thats horse poo Hairy. While ever there is a demand there will be someone willing to take the risk to supply cause there's rivers of gold to be had. I don't agree with the sentiment that drug users are just victims, they willingly take these drugs! However, policing and hard line tactics clearly don't work, we've tried it, most other countries have tried it, the drugs will always be there. Put the govt in charge of supply, make a crap load of money through taxing it and try to control which drugs are popular via pricing.

Agreed, and stick the tax profits in a pool to help teach people to not use drugs, or use them responsibly, or rehab them - depending on the individuals.
