im not a billionaire investor, but if I was this is what I would doing, I would be using a proxy to short MYR (the intended takeover target) as much as I could, but not too much, so as to not arouse suspicion from asic, than when I think its down enough, launch a t/o bid out of the blue one day.
Only lew know what that price is, will he short it to 85c before a huge bid, will it get shorted to 50c?
who knows, lets say it falls to 80c, he will offer $1, and tell existing holders what a sweet deal they are getting, and eventually he will pay $1.20 MAX, that's what id do if I was a billionaire and I wanted myr.
