I initially thought the same way as you Good1234. But I still think that there was very little interest in Trof and that's why our upfront was so low and why nothing ever came of the leerink appointment. I could never understand why Acadia would trigger their exclusive negotiations period prior to phase 3. I don't think there is another company sniffing around. I think our low share price is an opportune time for Acadia to secure ROW cheaply whilst expectations are low given current market price.
It may be the right time for Acadia to take over the company for the same reasons.
