Managed to get hold of the latest valuation from jp Morgan and there is no way you would be selling shares today if you study the numbers.
Here is a taste for you-
- 2013 financial year ebitda 900plus mill
- eps 45c share
- dividends 12c share
- balance sheet cash position 1billion!
The discount rate they used in their new Val of 2.71 is still 15%.
The reason for the Hightower rate is because of the risk of delivering the plant on time budget and in working order.
The sensitivity shows the same valuation will be $4 to $5 if the discount is 10% which it will be when the plant is built.
Now you tell me where you can find another stock 9months away with this potential.
Heaven help us if the July quotas are the same as last year you will see a repeat of last week just time it will have a 3 in front of it.
The major for this stock is all to the upside from these levels IMHO.
