correct me if i am wrong as i work out the meaning of all of this : essentially j.p.morgan is the one entity that could destroy the fabric of the america way, without a shot being fired, if their interest rate derivatives plays blows up.

china is one country that would be astutely aware of this weakness in the american system.

if china buys 4000t of gold (as reported off the cuff by one chinese official) & the POG roars above US$2500, then this action alone could jeopardise the financial health of j.p. morgan. simply because they short gold in order to keep their massive interest rates derivatives games in the money.

any thoughts on this scenario ???
