    This is an interesting and welcome development IMO.

    However just to be a little contrarian...

    i wonder...was the MOU in the pipeline for a while or has it come about as GNX has struggled to close/announce the the JV deal regarding the powerline (and cost sharing deal?). J Power owns a big piece of GNX now and giving this wider project some certainty also helps J Power position in GNX.
