As I understand it he may be one of the individuals who bought at 68c or higher, and is quite happy about it. It would seem that appeasing shareholders is a matter of least concern. Which I guess comes from their more intimate knowledge of the things they do.
Compulsory reporting to the ASX only comes about when the ink is dry on the paper, ie: geologists have tangible results, and, or, JV partnerships have been formalised. Until then, mere shareholders can wait. Looking at the last twelve months of progress one can say these results are magnificent, in that, they have hardly come up with a duster, and the vast majority of the exploration drilling has added to the early claims that this is indeed a new mining province.
