There's been lots of "GO bashing" but lets say its been unjustified and misdirected for a moment. You are just a punter who has formed his own opinion about long term stabilised rates, cap requirements, etc.
So lets do a few hypotheticals.
IF JPR were producing at 400BOPD from J50 (long term stabilised) what would you say is a fair punt?
IF JPR were producing a further 300BOPD from NWZ-2 (long term stabilised) what would you say is a fair punt? Ie 700BOPD total with two sands proven up.
I can understand 2c valuation if you believe what you say you believe. I'm curious to know what your valuation would be if you believe what I believe....
