Newsat has been on ASIC radar for a long time already bushboy. [and ASX before that] and all the facts were fully presented to them by a wide ranging number of reliable sources. Nothing new there. Unfortunately they all seem either reluctant or unable, or both, to proceed. I personally hear all that has gone cold so if that is your Karma then the teflon tag is still the only thing that sticks.
Even IF something were to emerge there, while getting perhaps his "Karma" it won't do squat for us.
