    It wouldn't be good for ExIm I agree avthold.

    However it wouldn't be half as bad as it would be for Newsat. They would still have a satellite well on its way to completion with steerable beams and MASSIVE capacity.

    It wouldn't be too difficult to flog off. Satellites are a valuable commodity right now and to be able to pick up such an advanced one without having to wait many years for a new one to go through concept, design and build would be very opportune and a very big incentive to grab it.. It would propel somebodys space program forward many years Might even add a premium to the price? Perhaps even Singaporeans?

    Even if a potential buyer wanted a discount and the $10 mill [or is $20 mill - not sure] we had to guarantee in case of default would be an immediate sweetener in that direction.

    It would annoy ExIm but I don't think it would be any more than that. Everybody [except Newsat] would move on.

    Pretty academic argument though because we would be well past caring.
