From my research in the Satellite arena the one thing no one on HC understands is when customers sign capacity on J1 so far out from launching the customers will ask for several
"get out clauses"

FACT:
Customers will not want to be locked into the following.

*Price of capacity at time of launch being different to when they signed 2, 3 or 5 years ago being lower or higher?? (currently ka band pricing in Middle East has dropped 65%) It could go back up but I doubt this with the amount of competitors that have launched before Jab1.

*Length of time from signing until launch date. (no customer will wait forever and will want an out) As delays occur these customers on Jab 1. will not wait when there are other options.

FACT:
Shareholders are not just waiting for new contracts BUT more importantly hoping the management at NWT can keep the current ones.
