If past announcements are anything to go by then there either won't be an announcnement or the announcement will be that the announcement will be delayed or that there will be another announcement at some mystical time in the future. Of course there are also the much spruiked "big" announcements which turn out not to be rather small. AB has been making similar non announcements for years now.

AB should tell us where he is going to actually get the $400 million dollars to launch this mythical satellite instead of how many customers it would have if he actually had the money.
Without the money it's not so much a satellite as a pie in the sky.
