    AR, I perfectly understand the future value of the company yet I emphasise the unique market dynamic occurring here. There is no intrinsic value attached to curent stock that effects the book build (I don't even know what than means). They just need $200 mil at any price. The share price also doesn't really effect the decisions of government funders or clients.
