this was always my main problem with this coy - where were they going to get the money from...

now we know the way it goes

have company

CR and dilute for a few years until it SP goes to 0.003c then it comes back to 0.01c

consolidate shares that you have issued... 50:1

need more money - lets so another CR - dilute some shares

now need to pay for the satelite (without which the coy has not much) ahhh lets dilute shares by 2

rinse and repeat is what this company is good at all the time using Shareholder money

good luck with this one may even hold 0.60c but I haven't bought back in since I sold @ 0.009 pre con
