Australia Swimming biggest problem appears to be bureaucracy at the top level.
I wonder how many up coming swimmers have given it away because there was no room for them with the old brigade making come backs  i.e. London swimming.

Unlike USA who's oldies still produce medals, Australian oldies take up seats.
