Nothing has changed in five years. Jacinta Allan is still spewing out meaningless answers to serious questions.
Yesterday at a press conference Allan was unable to explain, when questioned by Nick MacKenzie (The Age journalist) why she had taken a year to respond to a plea for help from a indigenous labour hire firm on a Victorian government work site.
Allan was utterly dumbfounded yesterday. Her response to the indigenous company not only took a year but referred the company to the’relevant federal authorities’. I would call that response turning a blind eye to union corruption by a union who was a huge donor to the 2022 VIC Labor election campaign.
The relationship between VIC Labour and the CFMEU is inappropriate on so many levels and there is no doubt the unions tactics were known but never challenged by Jacinta Allan.
In my view Jacinta Allan as premier is toast. She is now unelectable as premier and will most likely resign by the end of the next parliamentary term that is due to begin sitting at the end of July 2024.
