Further to my post above is the report below.
The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) is set to close its doors in Redfern on Monday after failed negotiations between the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) and new owners the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC).

The ILSC, a Commonwealth body that assists in acquiring and managing rights and interests in land and waters, divested the site to the NSWALC on June 30.

But both organisations have been unable to reach an agreement over the social hub's ongoing support.

The centre opened in 2006 and offers sports, fitness, conferences and community classes including tutoring and educational support.

Price has said that (paraphrased) the Voice would be another form of bureaucracy and "we" don't want more bad bureaucracy.

yet the issues that become neglected due to "bad bureaucracy", under the Voice, may be replaced with a bureaucracy that is under the direction of well-educated, informed and determined Aboriginal people. Would such disagreements persist under a Voice to Parliament?
