You need to be able to differentiate the closing the gap figures between communities and small town and cities where the intervention hasnt happened
I would like to know the figures for the "stolen" generation tbh, lifespans, health education
you are right life is not just on a cost basis ...throwing money hasnt stopped the increase in issues but may have slowed it but for the amount being spent i just dont know
To me either these communities need to show stronger leadership from last of the old people and parents and discipline on children and some tough love is required before really get any significant improvement but nobody seems to want to talk about that angle
