Its hard to say but the Rolleston line is currently at capacity. Xstrata will alsmost certainly expand output from Rolleston and will need to do some upgrades to the line to do this. They will however not expand the line anymore than they need to.

Its pretty rough country between Spring Creek and Rolleston so it wont be as a crow flies opportunity however they decide to go.

A good enough resource though and you can make anything work. Comes down to costs and product revenue.
